Independent Director and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee
Dr Vidisha Ramlugun is a Senior Lecturer in Finance and Accounting at the University of Mauritius, with specialised expertise in corporate governance, financial reporting and risk oversight. She holds a PhD in Corporate Governance, an MSc in International Banking and Finance, and a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
She is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute and the Mauritius Institute of Directors, and has contributed to academic research, publications and conferences in governance-related disciplines.
Dr Ramlugun brings strong analytical rigour and governance expertise to the Board. As Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, she plays a key role in overseeing financial reporting integrity, risk management frameworks and internal control systems.
Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board
Mrs Selvida Naiken is a seasoned governance and finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the public sector. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing), a Diploma in Social Work, and certifications in Quality Assurance and Corporate Governance.
Her career spans over 25 years and includes senior roles across various Ministries, notably as Senior Accountant, and culminated in her position as Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Reporting Council, where she was responsible for regulating the auditing profession, strengthening financial reporting standards and promoting corporate governance among Public Interest Entities (PIE).
Mrs Naiken brings extensive expertise in regulatory oversight, governance frameworks and institutional accountability, and provides strong leadership to the Board in her capacity as Chairperson.
Independent Director
Mr Oliver Lew Kew Lin is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology, outsourcing and enterprise development. A former Science Laureate, he graduated from the University of Oxford in Engineering and Computing Science.
He is recognised as a pioneer of the business process outsourcing industry in Mauritius and has led projects for major international organisations. As Managing Director of the Eruption Group, he has been actively involved in driving innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies within enterprises.
Mr Lew Kew Lin brings to the Board significant expertise in digital transformation, strategic management and technology-driven business models, contributing valuable insight into innovation and operational efficiency.
Non-Executive Director
Mr Debasis Nandy is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate management. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed executive development programmes at Wharton and London Business School.
He serves as President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, where he oversees finance operations across the Group’s global footprint and brings strong financial expertise and governance insight to the Board.
Mr Nandy brings strong financial expertise, governance insight and international experience to the Board through his prior roles at organisations including Piramal Healthcare, Aviva, ICI and Indian Aluminium.
Non-Executive Director
Mr Mahesh Iyer is a senior executive with extensive experience in the travel and foreign exchange sectors. He has been associated with Thomas Cook India since 1994 and has held several leadership roles across the organisation.
He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and has completed an Executive Programme in Business Management. As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited group, he oversees business performance across multiple verticals and drives the Group’s long-term strategic direction.
Mr Iyer brings significant industry knowledge, international perspective and strategic leadership to the Board.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Executive Director
Mr Mohinder Shakeel Dyall joined the Company in September 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed to the Board in the same year. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an MSc in E-Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Crime Compliance.
Prior to joining the Company, he held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Flemingo Duty Free Mauritius Ltd and Chief Executive Officer at Mauritius Duty Free Paradise Ltd.
He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company and the execution of its strategic objectives, providing the Board with direct insight into operational performance and business development.
